Hopewell PTSA Scholarship Application
PURPOSE: To provide scholarships to graduating seniors of Hopewell High School who are active participants of the Hopewell High School (HHS) PTSA.
The Hopewell PTSA is excited to offer scholarships opportunities again this year to our seniors. To qualify for a scholarship you must be graduating in the 2023-24 school year and be a paid member (or have a parent who is a member) of the Hopewell PTSA. Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each will be awarded to three (3) graduating seniors as selected by the HHS PTSA scholarship committee based on review of completed applications.

2023-24 Hopewell PTSA Scholarship Application
CRITERIA/APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. Must be a graduating senior enrolled at Hopewell High School, graduating in the academic year of the award. Mid-year graduates are eligible to apply.
2. Must be supporting members of Hopewell PTSA. Applicant and/or parent must be a paid member of the Hopewell High School PTSA. If you or a parent are not a paid PTSA member, please visit the link below for membership information https://www.hopewellptsa.com/home/membership-store
3. Complete the application form below, including the essay (incomplete applications will not be considered).
4. Submit each of the following items directly to HHSPTSAscholarship@gmail.com :
- Documentation showing acceptance to a college/university
- One (1) letter of recommendation from Hopewell High School faculty/staff (can be submitted directly by faculty/staff member)
All required documents should be submitted via email, directly to HHSPTSAScholarship@gmai.com. In the subject line of the email, please be sure to include your name (same as it was entered on the form below) and "Additional Scholarship Documents" so the acceptance and recommendation can be matched to your form and essay.
